Turn2us is a financial aid program that helps people in financial distress to get financial assistance, such as grants, welfare benefits, and charitable donations. It works online, by phone, or face to face through our partners. Funding is not provided by West Lothian Council. However, it is a UK Government initiative. External contractors are required to obtain this funding. Please review the eligibility criteria to find out if your qualifications for ECO 3 are met.

The Obligation Explained
To participate in the ECO scheme you must either own your property or have permission from your landlord. ECO measures must also be applied to electricity and gas companies with more than 150,000 clients. You don’t need to approach your existing energy supplier. If you are a domestic energy user, and your property meets the eligibility requirements under Home Heating Cost Reduction Obligation, you may be eligible.
